Building Rentals
The Fraser Activity Center is not able to rent our gymnasium, meeting room or banquet room. This is due to the "qualified beneficiaries" stipulations of the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) which is a federal grant administered by the Macomb County Planning and Economic Development Department. Because it was funded for seniors, a "qualified beneficiary", we can only use it for seniors and incidental use (emergencies or a non-senior accompanying a senior).

Pavilion Rentals
Pavilion Rentals have concluded for 2019. 2020 Rentals begin on the first business day in April at 8 am for Fraser residents, first business day in May at 8 am for non-residents. Dates fill on a first come, first served basis. Rentals must be made in office during business hours. Must show ID upon reservation.

Fort Fraser – 75 person capacity - Resident $85, Non-Resident $110
Steffens Shelter – 40 person capacity - Resident $60, Non-Resident $75
Willow Tree – 30 person capacity- Resident $60, Non-Resident $75
McKinley Park Pavilion – 25 person capacity- Resident $85, Non-Resident $110
Bounce house/ tent addition - $15 Flat Fee
Baseball Diamond Rentals
Baseball diamonds are rented on a first come-first served basis. Rentals begin April 1st
