Building Rentals
The City does not currently have banquet space available for rental. Due to the "qualified beneficiaries" stipulations of the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) we are not able to rent the gym, meeting room, or banquet room at the Senior Activity Center. Because it was funded for seniors, a "qualified beneficiary", we can only use it for seniors and incidental use (ex: emergencies or elections).

Pavilion Rentals
Rentals begin on the first business day in April at 8:00 am for Fraser residents, first business day in May at 8:00 am for non-residents. Dates fill on a first come, first served basis. Rentals must be made in office during business hours. Must show ID upon reservation. Please refer to the

Baseball diamonds are rented on a first come-first served basis. Rentals begin April 1st. Residents may reserve one of our Steffens Park ball diamonds for baseball / softball games. Field permit applications are available at City Hall. Diamond permits will be issued two weeks prior to reservation date, if available. Proper authorization should be given on permit. There is no charge for resident's personal use with a pavilion permit.
