  2. Beginners and Intermediate Tai Chi with Instructor John Marchowitz

    March 11, 1:00 PM - 2:00 PM

    Beginners at 1pm, Intermediate at 2pm Find your Zen with this beginning Tai Chi Class with an option to use chair. Tai Chi exercises help to rejuvenate, heal, energize and de-stress; and help those with arthritis, joint pain, back pain and more. Cost for 5-week session is $26 for members, $32 for non-members. Drop in fee is $7.

    Yoga helps calm the mind, body, and spirit and also has many health benefits! Our yoga class is taught by the talented Jasmin! From beginners to advance students, Jasmin’s experience with many different types of people allows her to modify these poses for all abilities! Cost is $65 Resident, $75 non-resident for 7 weeks.

  4. Learn to Skate

    March 11, 6:25 PM @ Fraser Hockeyland

    This intro to skate for ages 3 and up to adult will teach the basics of skating! Each class includes a 25-minute lesson and a 25-minute practice. All age groups will be sharing the ice but will have different instructors. Skates and helmets available for use, however we recommend skaters bring their own bike or skating helmet. Cost is $55 with an option to sign up for another 4 weeks for $55. Registration deadline is 1 week before program start.
